Received from Dom aboard Canadian Coastguard Vessel ‘Cygnus’
“I am aboard the rescue craft and appear to be in a reasonable medical state.
At this time I would like to send a really big thank you to all the pilots and crews who have asisted with my rescue. the crew of the Canadian Coastguard Vessel ‘Cygnus’.
Also the ship ‘Berg Nord’ who were close by all of last night. The staff of the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre in Halifax. Also closer to home the staff at UK Coastguard Falmouth.
I am in severe need of sleep and will update you all as too the events of the past 48 hours as soon as I have rested.”
